As long as you are not making statements that you know to be false in
order to damage the reputation of a business, you're legally in the
clear. What should have happened in an ideal world is that after Novak's
game was over, everyone should have then filed cases against him to
recover expenses and lost time. That way the silly lawsuit wouldn't have
just cost him his business, but probably his house, car, and any other
assets. If that didn't cover it, having the state attach his paychecks
for a few years might have driven the message home.
