That's an interesting tactic from a company that seems to have enough
disgruntled customers to justify a class-action lawsuite.
The obvious alternative to removing the comment is to remove the entire
link. That way you may not be giving your readers all the service you
could, but then you wouldn't be giving PetSwarehouse free advertising
either.
