Hmmm. Although it feels a bit odd for someone else to take my
complaint to a supplier, I guess I have no problem with it since this
is a public forum. It might have been nice to ask first, though.
I really don't wish to publicly "debate" Mr. Ed on the sh*tty service
of Pets Warehouse (<--- note deliberate use of name so search engines
will pull this message up when someone does a search). It's a waste of
my time & energy. Several of his points are misrepresentations or not
"the complete story". And maybe they are *trying*, I don't know. And
maybe someday they'll get it right. But they won't have another chance
with me.
But you don't have to take my word as the last word on their horrible
service. Feeling lucky? Go ahead - try them out yourselves. After all,
it's only your time and money, right?
