Interestingly, Pets Warehouse has not defended their
practice on the list, but sent me this odd message, I
assume in response to my post. I stand by comment, if
you all are legit with all the complaints then you can
seek recourse and should. If they are legit I would
expect some defense. Looks like they chose offense
instead, the message is as follows from

You may be disappointed-no complaints
Thanks for your negativity

I have never done business with them, so I can't
judge. For the life of me I cannot understand the no
complaints line, I have been reading them (complaints)
on this list and others for some time. But since I
have never heard anything good, I will never try them.
