Few day ago, I replied to the originated post off-list on my very negative
experience. Then I realized that there are quite a few of us got burnt by
this horrendous outfit, I wished I'd say some thing back then. Just can't
understand how in this day and age, a company can consistently abuse their
customers and still survive. They definitely belong to the "Hall of Shame".
PS. I saved their nasty emails, may be I'll add them into the training
material on the "Dos and Don'ts" for my company's marketing dept.
