I had a similar negative experience with Pet's'warehouse (not Petwarehouse, they are excellent as always). Although they claimed to be the "largest importer in the east coast" at their website, beside unable to deliver, they were downright offensive and nasty when it comes to service. Save your aggravation and go somewhere else.
