ActWin offers reliable and affordable hosting. As a small company, our technical staff are familiar with the needs of each of our clients and can offer personal support. We know your web site and can test it as we make periodic upgrades to our equipment and software so that there are no surprises. While we do not maintain a 24-hour operations center, we have automated server monitoring and someone on pager duty at all times. What we lack in having a large staff we make up for in quick response to changes and custom programming needs.

All of our servers reside in space rented from Internap in their Boston facility. These feature redundant high speed network links, backup power and a controlled environment in a first class hosting facility. We perform our own server maintenance and system administration. We run a variety of different servers, with an emphasis on reliability and security. All sites are backed up nightly to protect against server failure.
